PCS (Printer and Computer Solutions) provides comprehensive IT services including website & software development, CCTV installation, computer & printer repair, networking solutions, EPABX systems, toner refilling, fire alarm systems, office setup, access control, and UPS solutions.

All services are provided on an 'as-is' basis. We strive to deliver high-quality solutions but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Service timelines may vary based on project complexity and client requirements.

Prices for services are provided in quotations and may be subject to change based on scope modifications. Payment terms are 50% advance before commencement and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hardware repairs come with a 30-day service warranty. Software solutions include 3 months technical support. Warranty terms may vary for different services and will be specified in service agreements.

Clients must provide necessary access, information, and cooperation for service delivery. Any delays caused by client unavailability may affect project timelines and additional charges may apply.

All custom software and website code remains the property of PCS until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, clients receive full rights to the delivered solution.

PCS's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions unless caused by proven negligence.

Clients may cancel services with 48 hours notice. Advance payments for cancelled services may be refunded minus costs already incurred for materials and labor.

We handle client data confidentially and only for service delivery purposes. Client information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
