IT Services Refund Policy

Important Notice for IT Services

Most IT services are non-refundable once delivered. This policy reflects the nature of technical services where work cannot be "returned." Last updated: September 23, 2025.

Service Refund Policy

Once IT services (repairs, installations, development) are completed and delivered, they are generally non-refundable. Service refunds are only considered if services are not delivered as agreed upon in the initial estimate.

Product Returns

Physical products (hardware, equipment) may be returned within 24 hours if defective or damaged upon arrival. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories. Installation services are non-refundable once completed.

Software & Website Development

Custom software and website development projects follow milestone-based payments. Refunds are not available once a milestone is approved and delivered. Requirements changes may incur additional charges.

Installation Services

CCTV, networking, EPABX, access control, and fire alarm installation services are non-refundable once installation is completed. Warranty covers technical defects, not change of mind.

Repair Services

Computer, printer, and UPS repair services include diagnosis fees. If repair is not possible, diagnosis fee is non-refundable. Successful repairs are non-refundable once completed and tested.

Toner Refilling Services

Toner refilling services are non-refundable once performed. We guarantee print quality for specified page count. Issues must be reported within 3 days of service completion.
